Office Supervisor
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Trains sales associates and ensures office procedures and paperwork is accurate. Implements and maintains accurate cash control. Oversees office paperwork (i.e., invoices, cash handling, depoosits, balancing, etc.) Supervises office personnel.

Sales Associate
Achieves commission sales quotas, maintains appearance of sales floor, assists customers with selection of merchandise, maintains customer files and prospect programs, and completes administrative tasks as required.
Location: C.S. Wo Gallery, Ashley Furniture HomeStore Bougainville & Ward, HomeWorld Pealridge & Honolulu, HomeWorld Hilo & Kona, and C.S. Wo Costa Mesa.

Customer Service Representative
Responsible for assisting cutomers and creating a friendly and positive shopping experience. Assists with the administrative duties including but not limited to inquiries over the telephone, assisting sales people in finalizing paperwork, processing paperwork, and cash balancing.
Location: HomeWorld Honolulu & C.S. Wo Costa Mesa (part time).

Merchandising Clerk
Places new and reorder purchases with vendors. Creates and maintains computer, purchase order, and vendor files. Runs, researches, and updates information for reports.
Location: HomeWorld Pearlridge

Porter
Responsible for receiving, unpacking, loading, unloading, and moving furniture. Maintains furniture in optimum condition and performs minor repairs if needed. Ensures that proper paperwork is completed to track inventory in computer system. Maintains the cleanliness of the facility. Location: HomeWorld Pearlridge, & C.S. Wo Gallery (part time)

Delivery Driver
Assists with the loading, unloading, delivery, and installation of all furniture or accessories. Locates items listed on the Delivery Manifest by verfying the customer's name, invoice number, SKU number, description, and color finish. Assists with the daily loading of furniture/accessories in the assigned delivery lane.
Location: Bougainville Service Center

Deluxer
Performs minor touch ups including buffering, finishes, etc. to restore merchandise to prime/saleable condition. Completes quality checks to ensure company standards are maintained and merchandise integrity is preserved.

Utility Technician
Provides overall maintenance for warehouse facility including, but not limited to, drywall, lumbing, prainting, and electrical. Responsible for preventative maintenance of lifts, equipment, and the facility. Installs, moves, and removes equipment and utilities within the building.
Location: Bougainville Service Center

Combo Porter/Warehouse (part time)
Maintains showroom and restroom facilities. Picks, racks, and transfers merchandise. Performs deliveries as needed. Assists with loading and unloading and packing furniture for customer pick up.
